What it does
AssistLoop is an AI support agent that answers from content you provide, including PDF, DOCX and TXT files, crawled site pages, pasted text and pinned question and answer pairs. It installs with one script tag or official plugins and runs a chat widget that can answer around the clock. A person can take over the same thread, and conversations can become tickets. The agent can call your own REST endpoints to look up or change data, book Calendly meetings, file HubSpot tickets and capture leads inside the chat. A free plan needs no credit card, and paid plans start at $29 per month.
The free plan includes 150 message credits a month and needs no card. Paid plans list Basic at $29, Pro at $130 and Business at $390 per month, with 3,000, 15,000 and 50,000 credits. Annual billing lowers the monthly rate. Official plugins cover WordPress, Framer, Bubble, Vercel and WHMCS, and a single script tag covers other sites. Calendly and HubSpot connect with OAuth. Native tickets are AssistLoop's own queue, separate from filing into HubSpot. There is a public REST API with scoped keys and OAuth. iOS and Android apps are listed. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Slack, Discord, email and SMS are on the roadmap and are not live. On the free plan, only the agent name and interface language are saved for widget appearance.
