What it does
ATAS provides footprint charts, volume profiles and order-flow tools for futures, stocks and crypto. Its chart controls let you inspect activity inside a price bar and preserve customized layouts. The free START plan requires an account; paid plans add instruments, connections and market-data access.
ATAS's footprint view looks inside a price bar to show where volume activity occurred. A volume profile aggregates traded volume by price, while a heatmap presents another view of market activity. Its newer ATAS X version supports Windows and macOS in beta, and the browser version is also labelled beta.
For a chart on the desktop interface, select Chart in the main menu and choose an instrument. Change the chart type to Clusters for the footprint view. Press M to inspect a section of a candlestick chart with the cluster magnifier. Templates save colours and indicators; snapshots also retain drawing objects, chart type and timeframe. That distinction matters when reopening a detailed analysis.
Plans and live data
Monthly prices are in euros.
| Plan | Monthly price | Simultaneous instruments | Active connections |
|---|---|---|---|
| START | €0 | 2 | 1 |
| PLUS | €24.95 | 6 | 1 |
| PRO | €69.95 | 20 | 3 |
| ULTRA | €89.95 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
START is permanently free, requires an account and needs no card. All four plans include live crypto connections. START and PLUS have delayed futures data; PRO and ULTRA can connect live futures and stock data. Your data-provider arrangement still matters.
The 14-day paid-plan trial requires a card or PayPal and converts to a paid subscription unless you return to START before it ends. Market Replay begins with PLUS. The plan limits also affect indicators per chart, so a layout with many studies may need a higher tier.
