What it does
Attio is a CRM that connects customer records with email, calendars and other business tools. Teams can customize their data and automate sales tasks using a visual workflow builder. The Free plan supports three seats and 50,000 records; paid plans add capacity and controls.
Plans for a shared customer database
| Plan | EUR per user/month, billed annually | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | Three seats; 50,000 records |
| Plus | 31 | Ten seats; 250,000 records |
| Pro | 74 | Unlimited seats; one million records |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom record allowance |
Monthly Plus and Pro rates are EUR 39 and EUR 93. Free includes 250 workspace credits a month; automation usage depends on the plan's credit allowance.
Build, inspect, then publish
Open Workflows and select Create workflow. Choose the trigger and actions yourself, or describe them to Ask Attio. A new workflow remains a draft while you inspect its blocks.
Publish workflow makes it active. Later edits require Publish changes before they apply. Runs already in progress finish on the earlier version, so editing a workflow does not rewrite work already underway. Share controls who can view or edit it.

- Workflow drafts can be inspected before publication
Watch out for
