What it does
Aurelius is a research repository for notes, recordings, tags and key insights. It supports keyword searches, bulk tagging, affinity diagrams, clips and automatic project reports. All plans include unlimited users, projects and storage, with cross-project research tools added on higher tiers.
Aurelius separates the material collected from the finding a team wants to communicate. Add notes or documents, tag relevant passages, then create a Key Insight with its supporting material. Keyword search and bulk tagging help group comments from multiple sessions; positive and negative sentiment labels provide another filter.
The Analysis Board supports dragging notes into themes and affinity diagrams. Clips and highlight reels capture moments from recordings, and the Automatic Report Builder creates a report for each project.
Feature tiers
| Plan | Main scope |
|---|---|
| Professional | Project notes, tags, transcription, analysis board, clips and reports |
| Premium | Adds cross-project search, Collections, Recommendations and Zapier integration |
| Enterprise | Adds cross-project insights, advanced permissions, SSO and Jira integration |
User, project and storage counts are unlimited across the tiers. The distinction is the analysis and administration features. Premium’s AI summaries across multiple datasets are still labelled as coming soon.
The 30-day trial gives full access without a credit card. Monthly or annual subscriptions follow. Annual billing is charged upfront; cancelling an annual plan stops its next yearly renewal. Choose Try it out to register for the trial.
