What it does

AutoDS brings supplier products into Drafts for review before store publication, then provides listing, stock and order tools. An account and subscription are required; the three-day introductory trial is paid and renews into the selected plan.

Choose Add As draft when a sourced item needs editing. Open its arrow control, review the destination store and supplier, and use Variants to adjust pricing. Save, then select +Import to publish it to the connected store. Drafts lacks the Products table's Profit column and column controls; stock and prices in an unpublished draft can become outdated.

AutoDS packages vary by selling channel:

Tier Main distinction
Import One store and 200 variations; no price or stock monitoring
Starter Adds monitoring, order automation, bulk imports and scheduling
Advanced Larger variation and store allowances
Enterprise Channel-specific packages for larger operations

Published variations count toward capacity. Monitoring starts after import on eligible plans; changes to monitoring settings reach existing products on a later scan. Each selling channel needs its own subscription. Annual billing charges the full year upfront, and optional add-ons cost extra. Check the Order Processor add-on selection during signup if you do not want it included.

Strengths

  • Drafts expose the destination store, supplier and variant details before publication
  • Variant pricing can be edited before import

Watch out for

  • Drafts lacks the Products table's Profit column and column controls
  • Import does not include stock or price monitoring

Best for

  • Dropship merchants reviewing sourced listings before store publication
