What it does
AutoRek prepares and reconciles financial data from fragmented systems. Banks, insurers and investment operations teams can match transactions, assign unexplained differences and create related accounting entries. Its cloud platform includes reporting and sign-off, with ARIA available as an AI add-on.
A reconciliation often starts with files that describe the same money in different ways. AutoRek can import bank formats, spreadsheets and CSV files, then normalize or enrich the records before matching. A currency table can supplement a transaction file, and the same input can feed several reconciliations without another import.
Matching rules support one-to-many relationships, priorities and age-sensitive conditions. Different roles can create, approve and run those rules. Unmatched items enter work queues, where staff can assign an owner, explain a difference and escalate overdue or material cases.
The accounting output can include journals for rounding, currency differences and write-offs. These link back to the reconciliation and can be exported to the general ledger. A separate sign-off stage assigns responsibility for accounts and transaction types across entities.
What ARIA adds
ARIA is an add-on for AutoRek v6 and AutoRek Mion. It offers configuration help, suggested matches and answers to managers' questions about reconciliation status or schedules. Its development assistance also examines incoming data when building a new reconciliation.
For example, an insurer can bring broker statements into AutoRek, review the unmatched entries and use ARIA's matching suggestions during that investigation. The team's matching rules and sign-off responsibilities still need to be configured for the process.
Use Book a demo to discuss the incoming formats, exception queues and accounting exports your operation needs. AutoRek offers cloud deployment; include ARIA explicitly in that discussion if you need its additional capabilities.
