What it does
Avid CRM connects company and opportunity records with Outlook emails, contacts, tasks and appointments. Saved views filter the pipeline by stage, probability, owner and other fields. Annual per-user subscriptions range from contact management to sales and wider departmental work; Campaign Manager is an extra purchase.
Avid adds company and opportunity managers to Outlook contacts. Parent and subsidiary relationships organize related companies, and the interaction timeline brings their emails, appointments and tasks into one record context.
Save a list view for a recurring sales review. The spreadsheet-style display filters and sorts opportunity fields such as representative, stage, probability and expected close date. A saved pipeline can also include revenue and next steps.
Annual licence scope
| Edition | Main coverage |
|---|---|
| Standard | Contacts and companies, Outlook activity tracking and Excel exports |
| Professional | Opportunity tracking, pipeline dashboards, reports and Excel quotes |
| Enterprise | Projects, cases, tickets and permissions across departments |
CRM subscriptions are charged per user and billed annually. Campaign Manager is separate, with allowances based on monthly email volume. Get Started leads to a demo request, where the team can discuss the required edition and Outlook setup.
