What it does
AviSynth+ is a developed continuation of AviSynth with multithreading, high-bit-depth processing, 64-bit builds and script-language extensions.
A script can describe the sequence of filters before an encoder consumes the frames. The project documents changes from the original AviSynth and compatibility with its scripts and plugins. Native Unix-like support and architecture details still need checking against the plugins a workflow depends on.
