What it does
AWicons Pro is a Windows icon, cursor and small-graphics editor with transparency, gradient and anti-aliasing controls. It supports opening multiple files and provides sample libraries and tutorials. The paid edition offers Home and Business licences, with commercial features available for evaluation.
For a small icon, compare transparency and edge treatment at the target size before adding detail. AWicons Pro supplies anti-aliasing, multicolour gradients and drawing modifiers, alongside icon and cursor editing tools. Multiple files can be opened through the dialog or by drag and drop; holding Ctrl while dragging adds them to the existing images. Sample icon libraries and tutorials accompany the editor.
The trial exposes the commercial features, and upgrading does not require reinstalling the program. Home licensing is restricted to private, noncommercial use; a Business licence is required in business, academic or government settings. A home computer does not turn paid client work into a Home-licence activity. The Windows download lists support through Windows 11.
