What it does
Amazon Quick Sight is the data visualization and analysis component of Amazon Quick. It connects business data to analyses, interactive dashboards and reports, with different roles for authors and readers.
Amazon Quick Sight separates an editable analysis from the dashboards shared with readers. Authors connect datasets and create the content; readers consume its published output.
Build a monthly trend from the sample data
After signing in to Amazon Quick, open Quick Sight > Analyses. Choose the Web and Social Media Analytics sample dataset and select Use in Analysis. Add Date and Mailing list adds to the visual; AutoGraph produces a line chart. In Field wells, open the X-axis menu and choose Aggregate > Month. The result shows monthly additions instead of a daily series.
For a file of your own, use Data > Datasets > New > Dataset > Upload a file, confirm its settings and choose Visualize. The available measures then come from that dataset's fields.
Pricing includes monthly author and reader subscriptions or reader-session capacity. Each author includes 10 GB of SPICE, the service's analytical data storage. Extra storage, detailed reporting, alert evaluation and some AI configurations can add charges. Account access is required; organization deployments can use their configured identity system.
