What it does
Axelor connects CRM with ERP functions and configurable workflows. Leads and opportunities can continue into quotes, orders and customer support. Its commercial subscriptions have minimum user counts, while hosting, integration and custom development are quoted separately.
An Axelor opportunity can become a quote using product information and predefined document templates. The relationship continues into the order and customer-support work within the broader platform.
User access is role-dependent
| Edition | Minimum users | Access distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | 10 | Business modules, workflows and platform tools |
| Enterprise | 20 | Advanced BI, SSO and additional customization tools |
| Light User | Not specified | Restricted employee and operational applications; not a full CRM seat |
Subscriptions cover the applicable software licence, updates and support. Hosting, integration and custom development are separate quotations. Deployment can use Axelor's online service, a private cloud or the customer's servers. Request a demo to discuss the modules and operating arrangement; the Light User licence does not provide the same access as the full business editions.
