Each offer identifies its seller and links to that seller's page, where you can read reviews and see other items. Back Market operates the marketplace; the refurbisher sells and ships the device.

Appearance grades help set expectations for wear. Fair can include visible scratches or dents, while Excellent allows much lighter signs of use. The available grades depend on the device category, and product photos do not show the exact unit you will receive. Battery condition is a separate decision: Back Market states a minimum of 80% battery health for smartphones and 90% for Premium smartphones. Check the selected offer's battery option and specification before paying.

The US store delivers only within the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. It lists card and digital-wallet payments as well as installment options; the options shown at checkout apply to your order, and credit providers decide installment eligibility.

A change-of-mind return can be started within 30 days of receipt through your account's Orders and Get help route. Qualifying returns have a free label, but you must remove passcodes, device accounts and tracking locks before sending the item back. Separate services, such as a mobile plan, follow their own cancellation terms. The seller's 12-month limited warranty covers defects under normal use, with exclusions including accident damage and misuse.
