What it does
BambooHR brings employee information, applicant tracking, onboarding, time management and benefits workflows into an HR platform. New starters can complete documents before their first day, with their details carried into the employee record. Small teams pay a flat monthly plan price; payroll is an optional service for US employees.
BambooHR onboarding starts before the employee's first day. Use a customizable template for the role or work mode, send the pre-onboarding packet, and assign the internal checklist tasks to the people preparing the start. The system tracks packet progress visually and syncs information into the employee record.
Document-status reports show outstanding signatures, and reminders help the owner follow up. Employees use their BambooHR account to complete onboarding tasks and sign documents.
