What it does
Bambuser provides live shopping, shoppable video and video-consultation tools for merchants. Product feeds supply the catalog used to select items and variants for those experiences.
Connect a product feed before assembling a Bambuser show. BamHub accepts a public XML or CSV feed URL or an SFTP upload, then provides field mapping and a product preview. The selected sync interval ranges from six to twenty-four hours. Multiple market feeds can require a deeper integration.
In the catalog, search by product name, SKU or variant and add the required variant to the show or video. Manually pasted product URLs remain separate items; those items have their own Refresh action when their data needs updating.
A show setup includes its host, time, product list and player settings. The setup preview uses the embed alone, so cart integration and the miniplayer are not expected to work there. Review the actual storefront integration separately. Live broadcasts also have a twelve-hour limit.
Free access has a small monthly viewing allowance. Paid plans expand capacity and commercial scope, with charges for views beyond the allowance. Match both viewing volume and the intended domains to the plan.
