The platform also connects multiple store identities, so keep track of the actual product and offer when moving between them. Bash’s 30-day return policy requires eligible goods to be unused, tagged and in their original condition. The “sold by” store determines the route: many TFG items return to that chain’s stores, while goods sold by Bash or Galaxy require courier collection. Jewellery, furniture and some electronics have additional rules. Delivery is within South Africa, with address and cart contents determining the available options.
