What it does

BeatRoute combines field-sales execution, visit planning and distribution work. BeatPlans assign representatives to routes or individual customers using repeat rules or specific dates. Sales-team packages are quoted, with different allowances for forms, lead management and wider automation.

In a BeatPlan CSV, use route_id for a route or customer_br_id for one customer; user_br_id identifies the representative. Days run from 1 for Monday to 7 for Sunday, and week_no selects weeks one through five.

The two fortnightly values have different starting weeks: fortnightly1 covers weeks one, three and five; fortnightly2 covers two and four. A filled plan_onlyon_date overrides the start and end dates. Use day-month-year dates. On re-upload, is_delete=1 deletes the existing plan and 0 retains it.

Sales-team packages

Package Selected scope
Starter Territory and channel partners, orders, stock reporting and one campaign form
Business CRM leads, five custom campaign forms, van sales and twenty custom attributes
Enterprise Further AI and enterprise configuration, with listed add-ons

Talk to sales or Instant Demo starts the quotation discussion; existing customers use Login. Starter lists 100,000 API hits for integrations. Confirm the requested integration and visit-planning scope in the quoted arrangement.

Strengths

  • Repeat rules can distinguish first-week and second-week fortnightly patterns

Watch out for

  • A specific plan_onlyon_date overrides the plan's start and end dates

Best for

  • Sales operations teams preparing recurring route and customer visit schedules
