What it does
Bento provides marketing campaigns, automation, forms and transactional sending. Its campaign tools flag content issues before sending, split a mailing into paced batches and show recipient-level delivery information.
Bento makes the send itself part of the campaign workflow. Its checks flag problems such as a broken link or missing first name before launch. Batching then lets the sender choose a pace rather than delivering a large audience all at once. Delivery reporting distinguishes delivered, bounced and waiting messages.
For an established newsletter moving platforms, those controls support a concrete first campaign: review the message, choose the batch size and interval, then inspect the delivery records. The delivery log keeps each recipient's result available for follow-up.
Marketing Platform billing uses active users, defined as subscribed people or people with an event in the previous thirty days. Team seats are included. Transactional Email is a separate volume-priced option, while the shared Bento Chat inbox is an add-on to Marketing Platform. Bento Chat adds USD $30 per month to the marketing subscription.
Marketing Platform starts at USD $29 per month for up to 5,000 active users, with higher volumes priced per active user. It includes unlimited marketing sends subject to fair use. Choose Start free trial for a 30-day account trial. Transactional Email is priced separately, with the first 100 emails free and paid usage starting at USD $5 per month; that allowance is not a free marketing-campaign plan.
