What it does

BigPulse provides election software with a managed setup service or self-managed subscriptions. Different electorate groups can receive their own ballot sequence through a shared entry page. Administrators use a dashboard to review invitations, correct voter details, monitor participation and release results for individual ballots.

Structure the election around the ballots each electorate group needs. BigPulse can link several ballots through one menu page and show each voter only their relevant sequence. This supports a board election and subgroup resolution without sending every question to everyone.

With managed setup, provide the ballot details, dates, voter accounts and email schedule. The project manager supplies candidate-upload and email-template links plus the election dashboard. Add candidates, inspect notices and run test votes before finalizing the election.

During voting, use the dashboard to check bounced emails, correct addresses and resend notices to selected voters. Scheduled reminders go to non-voters. At a live meeting, close and release results for individual ballots separately. Raw voting data is available as CSV.

Service options

Option Commercial terms
Fully managed Starts at USD 899, with a fixed quote for election setup and support

The provider creates the account and sends an invoice. Renewal or extra voter capacity requires contacting the team for a quote. Voting accounts and personal data are deleted 30 days after an election; retained vote data is separated from personal data.
