What it does

BILL combines supplier bill management, customer invoicing, approval workflows and accounting-system connections. Its accounts payable and receivable products are paid subscriptions; the separate Spend & Expense software plan is free. A business account is required, with US eligibility rules and separate arrangements for supported international services.

Import a supplier bill, route it to the appropriate approver and retain the payment record with that document. BILL can capture invoice fields, match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, and send approval reminders. Choose a bank transfer, card, cheque or supported international payment after authorization, then connect the results to the accounting system. This keeps a bill awaiting approval distinct from one authorized for payment.

Direct-customer software plans

Prices are in US dollars, per user per month:

Plan Price Useful distinction
Essentials $49 Manual CSV accounting exchange
Team $65 Automatic sync and custom roles
Corporate $89 Custom approvals and procurement
Enterprise Quote Advanced integrations and dual control

Payment charges are additional. A bank-funded ACH payment, a US bank transfer, costs $0.59; mailed cheques cost $1.99. Card-funded payments generally carry 2.9%, and faster or international delivery has separate terms. A free trial of the payable and receivable software is available in most cases.

Begin with the company and work-contact details, then select the products needed. At least one administrator manages account access and invites colleagues. The general terms normally require US residence and business use, with separate exceptions for Canadian accounts, eligible international receivables and certain forecasting users. Confirm the relevant account type before applying from outside the US.
