What it does
Billdu combines estimates, invoices, expenses, client signatures and payment follow-up for small businesses. Its mobile and web apps let a contractor convert an existing document into a bill and share a link with the customer. The main invoicing service is paid after a trial, with client and team limits that vary by plan.
Billdu is useful when an estimate is agreed on a job site and the invoice needs to follow the same details. In the mobile app, open the estimate under Documents and tap Convert to an invoice. Review the information and save; Billdu creates a new invoice number. On the website, open the document preview and choose Create > Create invoice.
A delivery note cannot be converted to an invoice because it lacks prices and taxes. If both documents are needed, start with a purchase order and generate the delivery note and invoice from that. If the conversion option is missing, check the document history: an invoice may already exist.
Choose the allowance for your client list
The displayed annual-subscription rates are monthly equivalents. Billdu states that the numerical prices are the same in USD and EUR.

All three allow unlimited invoices and expense tracking. Standard adds estimates and payment reminders; Premium adds recurring invoices and application programming interface access. The main plan offer is a seven-day trial without a card, followed by a paid subscription. Free standalone document generators are a separate option.
To share a bill from the phone, open Documents > Invoices and choose Send > Other, then select your messaging or email app. On the website, use the invoice's three-dot menu and Copy online link. The customer can view the invoice, download its PDF and see partial-payment history.
For payment through that link, connect Stripe under Settings > Payment options. Collection then follows the payment methods and merchant setup supported by that connection.
