What it does
ForkLift combines a dual-pane macOS file manager with remote connections, transfer controls, folder comparison and synchronization.
ForkLift can compare source and target folders before synchronizing them in one or both directions. Transfer controls include conflict handling, queue order and bandwidth limits, while activity and log views show ongoing work. Save a synchronization as a favorite when the same locations recur. Remote editing uploads changes as you save. The current page lists macOS 14.6 as a requirement. Its lifetime license includes one or two years of updates; after that period, you can keep using the latest version covered by the license, but further updates require a new license.
