What it does
BIRME is a free bulk image resizer with exact dimensions, crop ratios, automatic width or height, watermarks and borders.
Drop JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF images, set dimensions and crop behavior, then check each crop before exporting. Output format and quality, sequential names, watermarks and borders can be prepared in the same batch. Download individual files or a ZIP; saving directly into a folder depends on browser support. The site says processing stays in the browser without image uploads and recommends using the main tool on a desktop. Enlarging a small source cannot perfectly restore detail absent from the original.
