Quotes and orders work differently

A Bitso Conversion fixes the displayed exchange rate for about 20 seconds, with its charge included. Changing the amount or letting the quote expire refreshes it. Classic trading follows the market and charges a separate fee. Alpha adds market, limit, stop-loss and stop-limit orders; a pending order can take longer than an app conversion. A locked quote does not protect the resulting holding from later price losses.

In the app, Markets or the search icon opens an asset. The purchase flow accepts an amount or a percentage of the available balance, a paying currency and a final confirmation. Complete identity verification and fund the account first. Portfolio collects balances; the arrow beside Activity opens the transaction history.

Costs and asset restrictions

Exchange fees depend on the market and rolling 30-day volume. The lowest MXN volume tier lists 0.600% maker and 0.780% taker; the lowest USDC tier lists 0.300% and 0.360%. These exchange rates are separate from an app conversion quote.

Assets marked with limited transactions support basic app purchases and sales, but not Alpha, scheduled orders or limit orders. Most cannot be deposited or withdrawn externally. The asset detail page shows whether a supported deposit route exists.
