What it does
Bitvise SSH Client provides SSH file transfer, terminal and tunneling functions, including SFTP-oriented interactive and unattended workflows.
Use the graphical SFTP window for interactive file work, or sftpc for scripted transfers using the same connection profiles and key databases. The command-line client supports recursive folders, wildcards, background transfers, resume and text conversion. Advanced integrity behavior depends on the destination: verified resume and directory mirroring require the server’s SFTP v6 check-file and check-file-blocks extensions. The Windows client is free for personal and organizational use and also includes terminal and tunneling tools. A compatible SSH/SFTP service and authorized server account are still needed; buying the publisher’s separate server is not required for ordinary SFTP.
