Blocklayer

Blocklayer turns measured layouts into diagrams and printable templates, with metric and imperial routes. Its tube-notching tool uses parent/cut diameters, wall thickness and cut angle. The cut tube must be no larger than the parent, and wall thickness must be less than one-third of cut diameter. A zero wall entry makes the outside-fit route; positive thickness targets an inside fit. Full, half, angle-set and offset plots handle different marking needs. Create a full-scale PDF and print at 100%, using poster tiling for large patterns; on-screen scale adjustment does not change print size. The site calls its calculators geometric, with design requirements separate.
