What it does
Blockpit combines free crypto portfolio tracking with separately purchased tax reports and an optional PLUS subscription. Transactions can be imported from exchanges or wallets, reviewed in the software and shared with an authorized tax adviser through an account.
Start with the integrations for your exchanges and wallets, then check the resulting transaction labels. An incoming and outgoing movement may represent a transfer, a trade or a token migration. Those labels describe different events and should follow what actually happened.
To connect two existing sides manually, select both transactions, choose the appropriate label in the bottom action bar and click Merge. The resulting row contains the combined event. View: Auto-Merged finds automatically matched transfers; View: Merged finds manual combinations. If one side appears to be missing, filter by the date and assets before adding it, to avoid creating a duplicate.
Tax-report prices depend on transactions in the selected tax year: €49 for up to 50, €99 for 1,000 and €149 for 3,000, with higher-volume tiers available. Each purchase covers that year’s PDF and CSV output. PLUS is a different annual subscription, displayed at €3.99 per month, adding daily synchronization, per-transaction gains and fuller portfolio insights; it has a fourteen-day trial.
A source-of-funds report documents where assets came from, rather than calculating the same result as a tax report. A single report credit costs €19.99, with bundles available. Unused credits do not expire, and the same report can be regenerated without another credit.
For professional help, an adviser can request access through Blockpit’s client-management system. Review that invitation under Settings > Shared Access instead of handing over your password. Select the relevant country when assessing the reporting offer. A Slovenian-language page is available, but confirm the particular documents you need before paying.
Strengths
- Adviser access can be authorized without sharing the account password
- Source-of-funds credits can be kept until a document is needed
- An expert service provides a separate route for transaction preparation
Watch out for
- Report purchases and the PLUS subscription cover different features
- Adding a missing counterpart without checking existing records can create duplicates
Best for
- Users reconciling transfers across several wallet integrations
- People preparing both tax records and documentation of where crypto funds originated
