What it does
Bluedot captures, transcribes, and summarises meetings online or in person. It works through a Chrome extension, desktop apps, or mobile apps on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, phone calls, and in-person conversations. Notes, transcripts, and action items can sync to CRMs, ATSs, Notion, and other tools.
Bluedot is built for people who want meeting notes without a bot appearing in the call. It records through a Chrome extension or desktop app, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, and phone calls without host permissions. The mobile app covers in-person interviews and meetings. Transcripts and summaries are available in over 100 languages, and a built-in AI chat lets you ask questions across meetings. Post-meeting automation can push notes, transcripts, and action items to CRMs, ATSs, and other tools through the Bluedot API and MCP. The Free plan allows 5 meetings for life, after which you can still view and share recordings or upgrade for unlimited recording. Paid plans start at $14 per user per month for audio only, with video and CRM integrations on higher tiers. If you cancel a paid subscription, you lose access to recordings and have one month to restore before they are permanently deleted. Bluedot states that your data is never used to train or improve AI models, and it is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 audited. The company recommends informing participants that you use an AI assistant for note-taking, since privacy laws vary by region.
