What it does
Boardmix is an online collaborative whiteboard for visual teamwork. Its product page describes using notes, process maps, and shared boards to discuss drafts or present decisions. The Free plan includes one team workspace, three editable boards, up to 100 objects per board, 1 GB of storage, and standard-definition export.
Boardmix’s whiteboard can hold sticky-note brainstorming, a process map, or a draft the team needs to discuss together. Its product page presents the board as a place to capture notes, map a process, and share a decision, rather than only as a freehand drawing surface.
The pricing page lists a $0 Free plan with one team workspace, three editable boards, 100 objects per board, 1 GB of storage, and standard-definition export. Paid plans add more board capacity and other capabilities. Teams that expect large or numerous boards should compare those limits before moving their work into the free workspace.
