What it does
Bokio combines bookkeeping, invoices and other business administration for Swedish users. It offers suggested accounting entries and templates, plus import guidance for moving existing books.
Bokio’s suggested entries and templates give Swedish business owners a starting point for bookkeeping. Keep the invoice or receipt beside the proposed entry so its treatment can be checked. To connect an existing bank, search for it, authenticate with BankID and select the accounts to bring into Bokio. Existing books can also be imported when moving systems.

Basic invoicing adds SEK 89 monthly and its external-bank connection adds SEK 49 monthly. An accountant can be invited free through Bokio Byrå. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel before the next period begins to prevent renewal.
Create an account to use the 14-day trial. The integrated business bank account is a separate application, which Bokio says is provided through Svea Bank. Bokio’s Swedish service remains available. Its UK service closed on 7 July 2026 and is no longer accessible to UK users.
