What it does

Bookkeeper360 combines managed books and monthly statements with an app for cash, revenue, runway, performance dashboards and team messaging. Its app connects accounting and payroll data from services including QuickBooks, Xero and Gusto. Bookkeeping is a paid service; the separate dashboard app offers three free months before its subscription begins.

Bookkeeper360 gives a business a financial dashboard alongside its accounting service. The app shows revenue, cash on hand, runway and year-to-date performance, with direct access to the assigned team. Messaging connects a question about those numbers to the people maintaining the books.

Bookkeeping service or dashboard app

Managed bookkeeping starts at $400 per month. Cleanup starts at $1,000, tax services at $1,200, and fractional CFO work at $1,600 per month. The final scope depends on the business and the work required. Monthly bookkeeping includes financial statements; payroll, tax and CFO services are additional choices.

The standalone Bookkeeper360 App has a different offer: three months free, then $19 per month, with no card required to begin. That promotion applies to the app, not to three months of a bookkeeper's services.

What the app brings together

Connect supported QuickBooks or Xero accounting data to see revenue, direct costs, net income and cash movement. Goals and trend comparisons help put the current month in context. Gusto data adds payroll costs and headcount by department, alongside revenue or net income per employee.

The app is available on the web, iOS and Android. A business seeking staff to maintain its books should use the bookkeeping consultation to agree the service, while a business that already has its accounting handled can assess the separate app subscription.

Strengths

  • Accounting and Gusto payroll data can be viewed together
  • Cash and performance dashboards are available on mobile
  • Team messaging links financial questions with bookkeeping support

Watch out for

  • The three-month app promotion does not include managed bookkeeping
  • Payroll, tax and CFO work are additional service choices

Best for

  • Small businesses outsourcing books while monitoring performance
  • QuickBooks or Xero users wanting a separate cash and workforce dashboard
