What it does
Boostcamp provides a workout tracker and a library of strength-training programs. It includes coach-designed routines, set and repetition logging, rest timers, demonstrations and a program builder. Pro adds further programs, analytics and planning tools.
The useful first choice is a program that fits both your experience and the number of days you can train. Boostcamp presents program schedules and goals before you begin, then lays out sessions for logging sets and weights.
The service differs from an empty workout notebook because the program library is central to its workflow. Free access includes the main programme collection and core tracking, while Pro offers additional material and tools. The current FAQ says there is no Apple Watch or Wear OS app, which matters if you want to record a workout entirely from a watch.
Strengths
- Programs and the workout log are connected in one workflow.
- Schedule and experience filters help narrow the program library.
Watch out for
- The current FAQ says Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are not offered.
Best for
- Lifters who want a program to follow as well as a workout log.
