What it does
Animated lessons and connected activities for school science, social studies and other subjects.
A BrainPOP topic begins with a story-led animated explanation and continues into activities where students work with the concept. Use the movie to introduce shared vocabulary, then ask pupils to apply the idea rather than replaying it as passive viewing. The official page identifies its school focus as grades three to eight. BrainPOP Jr. is a separate programme for younger learners, with different activities and presentation.
Strengths
- Connects topic movies with learning activities
