What it does
BrandBastion helps brands moderate social conversations, draft replies and track sentiment. Teams can keep approval in-house or have BrandBastion manage responses under agreed rules. Service fees follow the subscription or a separate agreement, and dashboard access requires a verified account.
Agent+ prepares responses using the post and thread, approved knowledge and brand rules. Your team approves the drafts before they are sent. Engage+ puts day-to-day responses in BrandBastion's hands under a playbook agreed in advance.
A product question that also contains an order complaint may need a public answer followed by a private message. Agent+ can draw on help articles, product pages and connected store information to prepare that response. Set rules for what can be answered publicly, which cases need a DM and when a person should take over.
| Package | Main scope |

The packages include unlimited users and social assets. Fees are set before subscription or in a separate agreement. Free trials are available by agreement with BrandBastion.
