What it does

Brandboom combines product presentations, wholesale ordering, invoicing, and fulfillment status. Buyers, brands, and representatives can collaborate around an order and its subsequent changes.

Brandboom turns product linesheets into wholesale orders. Sellers create an account to prepare products and presentations; buyers can view them and place orders without registering.

After a buyer places an order, further buyer edits are locked. As the seller, open the Processing or Complete order, make the changes and select Revise Order. Summarize what changed and choose whether to email the buyer. Order History keeps the revisions. To let the buyer edit again, choose Reopen under Order Status; Brandboom emails the buyer automatically.

For an order export, select the orders and choose Download. Available formats depend on the screen. An account owner can enable hidden formats in Account Settings under Settings.

The free account supports products, presentations and marketplace orders, with restricted access to other orders. Free sellers face monthly limits on viewing and entering orders, receive up to ten email notifications and have no buyer activity tracking. Buyers can still submit orders after those limits.
