What it does

BrandChamp runs ambassador and advocacy programs through a branded participant portal. Administrators define activities, review submissions and manage rewards, referrals and communication. Both administrators and participants need accounts; Enterprise plans have a custom-quote route.

Define an activity's tasks, verification and reward before inviting participants to complete it. In the administrator portal, Activities > Activity Types sets those rules. Applicants become participants after an administrator approves them, and their login opens the participant portal.

A social-post activity accepts a link or an authenticated post. After Submit, open Activities under Awaiting Review. Inspect the post and text; every required task needs approval before the activity reward is credited.

To request changes, choose Reject and explain the problem. The participant receives an email, corrects the post and selects Resubmit, returning it to the review queue. A missing hashtag can therefore be fixed before rewarding completion.

Points can later be exchanged through the reward catalog; a direct activity reward can instead issue a token such as a discount code. Package options also separate audience segmentation, workflow automation and custom integrations. Request the scope needed for your program, including any Enterprise custom quote.

Strengths

  • Multi-task activities wait for all required approvals before rewarding completion
  • Rejected work can pass through a defined revision and resubmission loop

Watch out for

  • Submitted tasks require administrator review before activity rewards are credited

Best for

  • Brands administering opt-in ambassador activities and community contributions
