What it does

Brandwatch combines social media management with consumer intelligence and influencer-marketing options. Its management tools include a shared content calendar, approval roles, an asset pool, a cross-channel inbox and competitive reporting. Plans are arranged through the vendor, and team members join through an administrator's account invitation.

Start an inbox handoff with the audience profile card. Brandwatch shows the person's earlier interactions alongside the current conversation, while customisable feeds and automated rules organise the team's queue. This helps a regional social team preserve context when another operator takes over a customer exchange.

Publishing work has its own shared calendar for paid and organic content, with roles defining who approves a post and a content pool holding reusable assets. Listening and competitive dashboards provide a separate view of the surrounding conversation. Social Media Management lists twelve months of consumer history and seven years of competitive channel analytics; these are different datasets with different comparison windows.

Consumer Intelligence, Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing are separate solution choices. The plans page offers a guided demo and sales discussion, so specify the combination your team needs.

To join an existing Social Media Management organisation, ask an administrator to invite you through Organization admin settings > Users. Follow the email invitation, enter your name and create a password. Setup then requires an authenticator app for two-factor authentication unless the organisation mandates single sign-on. The invitation email determines the account's email address; it cannot be changed in that setup form.
