What it does
Breathwrk offers breathing exercises and instructor-led classes. Its short sessions combine timed inhales, exhales and holds with sound, visuals and optional haptics, while scheduled habits group exercises across a day or week. Availability is limited to the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia and the EU.
Begin by choosing an exercise and adjusting the guidance rather than assuming the default audio suits you. Breathwrk describes controls for voice, background sound, haptics and session duration. Longer instructor-led classes provide a different format from the short timed exercises.
The Me tab records frequently used exercises and personal activity, and curated habits can organize repeated sessions. Free access is promoted, while Pro expands exercise and class access and adds customization. Some offerings involve breath holds and challenges, so this is a breathing-practice app rather than simply a library of passive background audio. Choose the format deliberately and follow the session's own instructions.
Breathwrk is part of Peloton and is currently available in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia and the EU. Peloton All-Access, Guide and App+ members have included access. Check that membership route before buying standalone Pro; its activation instructions and terms are a separate step from the free-versus-Pro comparison.
