What it does

Breezy HR combines applicant tracking, job advertising, career pages, interviews and offer coordination. Its hiring platform also offers optional tools for AI assistance, onboarding and employee performance.

Open Positions/Pools and choose Add Position to create a vacancy. Supply the title, employment type, location and job description, then work through Save & Continue. Activating the position makes it available on the career portal; distribution to job boards follows Breezy's review. Administrators and hiring managers control this setup.

Paid plans allow changes to the default candidate pipeline, with additional pipelines available from Growth upward. Stage actions can handle follow-up, but deleting a stage that still contains candidates sends them to Missing Stage. Move those candidates into the intended stage before treating the pipeline as ready for the next hiring round.

Plans and access

Plan Main distinction
Bootstrap Free forever; one active position or pool, with access to candidates added in the last 30 days
Startup Unlimited active positions, stage automation, questionnaires and interview self-scheduling
Growth Adds reference checks, scorecards, multiple pipelines, internal positions and electronic signatures
Business Adds approval flows, branching questionnaires, candidate comparisons and custom roles
Custom Pro Tailored package with an account manager and optional advanced reporting, data tools or software access

The 14-day trial needs no credit card. Several AI, messaging and onboarding tools have additional commercial terms. Team access is managed through Company Settings, People and Members, where an administrator invites colleagues and assigns their roles.

Strengths

  • Position setup connects the career portal with subsequent job-board review.
  • Pipeline stages can carry follow-up actions, with separate pipelines on higher plans.

Watch out for

  • Bootstrap restricts access to older candidates.
  • Removing an occupied pipeline stage requires candidates to be reassigned.

Best for

  • Small hiring teams moving from job advertising through shared candidate review to an offer
