What it does
BrightLocal combines local ranking reports, business-profile audits, citation monitoring and review tools. It also offers separately purchased citation building, API access and managed services.
BrightLocal's platform currently supports the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. Citation-building coverage differs, so check that separately when planning listing work.
In Local Search Grid, choose the grid size and point spacing around the service area. Move the grid to inspect a particular neighborhood, then compare the same keyword and period against a competitor. Then vs Now places two reports side by side. These measured locations help explain local reach, but cannot reproduce every person's search history.
