What it does

Browzwear's apparel tools connect 2D patterns, 3D garments and collection collaboration. VStitcher provides drafting, stitching, fabric and avatar controls, with tension and pressure views for evaluating a virtual fit. Freelancer and Freelancer Plus offer monthly or annual subscriptions, while Teams is billed annually.

VStitcher prepares pattern pieces around an avatar and joins their edges with stitches. Single stitching connects individual edges or points; Multi stitching handles one-to-many and many-to-many joins. Changes in the 2D and 3D preparation views stay connected.

Snapshots preserve a useful draped state. After dressing the garment, choose Finish, open the 3D resources, select Snapshots and use Save Snapshot. Name it and confirm with OK; select that saved item from the main Snapshots control to return to the garment and avatar state. Automatic snapshots are replaced when the same avatar is dressed again. Manual snapshots remain, but store drape rather than a complete garment revision: update them after changing patterns, fabrics or stitching.

Plan Access and limits
Freelancer One user at one site with the newest version; monthly or annual subscription
Freelancer Plus Latest two versions; monthly or annual subscription
Teams Annual subscription for up to three named active users at one site and 100 styles per year

Approved learners receive a six-month licence; regular subscriptions renew automatically.

Strengths

  • Connected pattern and garment views support stitching and fit revisions.
  • Named snapshots retain draped states for later review.

Watch out for

  • Manual snapshots need updating after pattern, fabric or stitching changes.
  • The Teams plan is limited to 100 styles per year.

Best for

  • Apparel designers revising patterns and virtual drape
  • Garment teams retaining fitting states across avatar changes
