What it does

Bryq combines skills tests, cognitive measures and personality information in a talent-assessment platform. Recruiters can configure role profiles, compare candidate results and connect assessments to applicant tracking systems.

Open Talent Acquisition → Jobs → New Job. Add the role description and language, adjust the suggested profile through Configure, and select skill assessments. Drag them into order, review the invitation and validity settings, then use Preview and Create Job. Keep the invitation's Get Started button so candidates can enter. A package normally holds up to ten assessments. Content changes lock once a candidate is invited, so finish checking it first.

Pro serves companies with one to fifteen employees. Its annual option is USD 69 per month, paid as USD 828 for a one-year commitment. Enterprise is quoted and adds guided integrations, expanded results and rollout support. Unlimited evaluation applies to internal or direct recruitment; agencies and sourcing platforms need a separate arrangement.

An administrator invites colleagues under Company Settings → Company Members, entering their email and access role. Hiring managers can view assigned assessments but cannot invite candidates; broader recruiting roles have additional controls.

Strengths

  • Different assessment types can be combined and reordered for a role
  • Team access distinguishes candidate viewers from recruiters who can send invitations

Watch out for

  • Assessment editing locks after the first candidate invitation
  • Unlimited evaluation covers internal or direct recruitment; agencies require separate pricing

Best for

  • Recruiters assembling role-specific assessments and sharing results with hiring managers
