What it does

Bubblemaps visualizes token holders and the transfers connecting them. Core V2 features, including Magic Nodes and Time Travel, are free; business integrations and subscriptions for software connections have separate access terms.

Search a token by name or contract address to open its map. A bubble’s size represents its holding, and a link represents a transfer between addresses. Select a bubble for its supply share and cluster totals, then use IN/OUT to inspect the transfers behind a connection. All Tokens opens filters for the assets transferred and their value.

A cluster is a lead for investigation, not proof that one person owns every wallet. The link may reflect an exchange deposit, a payment or another ordinary transfer. Some exchange and contract addresses are hidden initially; the eye control reveals them.

Magic Nodes adds intermediate addresses that do not currently hold the token. For example, several holders may have received funds for transaction fees from the same outside address. Those connecting nodes appear with dotted borders, making the expanded map different from a simple list of current holders.

To compare distributions over time, click a point on the price chart or use the date picker. Check the computation time displayed above the map. Use the permalink button to preserve filters and other adjustments when sharing; copying the ordinary URL returns the default view.

Business access is separate. A production embed needs a partner ID and approved domains, while the data API, used by other software, requires a key and subscription credits. Simple single-project embeds may avoid a recurring fee, with possible setup charges; analytics-platform integration is quoted. The wiki also reserves some advanced analysis for holders of Bubblemaps’ BMT token, without giving a fixed subscription price.

Strengths

  • Address lists can be exported to a spreadsheet
  • Custom maps can retain added and hidden addresses
  • The map distinguishes regular wallets, contracts and exchange addresses

Watch out for

  • Wallets with very high transfer activity omit some transfer tables and links
  • An embedded production map requires domain approval

Best for

  • Researchers examining concentrated token holdings
  • Investigators checking the transfers behind a wallet cluster
