What it does

Budget Fury allocates money to goals and fixed expenses before calculating what remains for everyday spending. It supports manual expenses, bank CSV imports and a rolling 12-month forecast on compatible Apple devices.

Reserve goals before everyday spending

Give each goal a target and a date. Budget Fury works out its monthly contribution, alongside fixed bills and envelopes for variable expenses. Fixed costs show pending or paid status, while the rolling 12-month forecast projects the plan you entered.

Build the starting plan from a CSV

Open Settings, then Import, and map the file’s date, description and amount columns. Separate debit/credit columns and semicolon separators can be configured. Review the preview, assign categories to several rows at once and confirm recurring charges before saving. Imports are added alongside existing records.

There is no live bank connection or Budget Fury account. Optional iCloud sync links your Apple devices. Free use and paid Premium options are offered, including a lifetime purchase.

Strengths

  • Goal allocations separated before everyday spending
  • Pending versus paid fixed costs and a rolling forecast

Watch out for

  • No live bank connection; records come from manual entries or CSV files
  • The current Apple listing requires iOS/iPadOS 18.6 or macOS 26.0 or later

Best for

  • Apple users planning spending around explicitly funded goals
