What it does
BudgetTracker organizes personal transactions, account records, bills and income schedules in a browser. Category or envelope budgets sit alongside a calendar and future-balance forecasts. A lasting free plan has entry limits, with paid Standard, Family and Business subscriptions.
Put an expected paycheck on My Income and upcoming bills on the schedule. BudgetTracker's forecast uses those entries to show the money remaining after scheduled activity. You can change the forecast's date range and inspect either a projected transaction register or a graph. A changed bill needs a changed entry for the plan to remain useful.
Transactions can be entered manually or brought in through imports. Category and envelope budgeting offer different ways to organize the spending record.
Free limits and paid plans
The free plan allows the first 50 transactions, then five new transactions per day. It also allows 15 budget-category entries, ten bills and income entries, and ten accounts and credit cards. Paid plans remove those entry limits.
| Plan | Monthly price | Annual price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $5 | $50 |
| Family | $10 | $100 |
| Business | $20 | $200 |
The registration form asks for an email address and a password of at least eight characters. You then return with those credentials to maintain the budget and schedules.
