What it does

Built for Mars is a UX-learning library with case studies, short examples, cheatsheets, psychology material and quizzes. BFM+ subscription access adds structured learning paths and AI feedback on uploaded designs. Selected public studies and a free newsletter provide a way to explore its approach.

Use UX Bites for a focused example or Case Studies for a longer account of a product journey. Collections group material by topic, while custom Pathways assemble a learning sequence around a goal or problem. Reading-time labels help distinguish a quick reference from a longer study.

Subscribers are automatically enrolled in a five-week UX Bootcamp covering onboarding, churn, purchases, product psychology and growth. It is a guided sequence of reading and exercises that can be taken at your own pace.

AI Insights accepts screenshots and written context, then suggests potential issues and ideas linked to Built for Mars content. The Figma plugin can place feedback as notes in a design board. These are automated suggestions, separate from the human UX-audit service.

BFM+ offers individual and team subscriptions. Open Tiers & pricing and select the relevant option for its current fee and AI allowance. A free newsletter and selected public case studies are available, but many library entries are subscription previews. The seven-day refund offer applies if you cannot find ten ideas to improve your UX; it is not a free trial. Cancellation is available inside the account.
