What it does
Adobe Analytics' digital analytics offering collects and processes web and mobile behavior for detailed reporting. It supports segments, cohorts, flow and fallout analysis, with integrations for sharing the resulting data.
Adobe Analytics is suited to organizations that already have a web and mobile measurement implementation, or the team to build one. It collects digital behavior for segments, cohort analysis, and flow or fallout reports. Customer Journey Analytics is a separate product with a broader cross-channel and offline scope, so the two names should not be treated as interchangeable.
In Analysis Workspace, a project contains panels, visualizations and components such as dimensions, metrics, segments and date ranges. Each panel's report-suite selection determines which data and components are available. Check that selection before comparing a campaign or customer group: two panels can otherwise describe different datasets. Use the Project menu to download CSV or PDF results, or the Share menu to schedule file exports for colleagues.
Access depends on an Adobe account with Analytics permissions assigned through the organization's administration tools. Pricing is arranged with Adobe; the commercial scope can include implementation, training and ongoing administration as well as the software. Its documented interfaces include bulk data insertion, reporting APIs and data feeds for moving results into other systems.
