What it does
Adobe Campaign coordinates enterprise outbound messages across email and other channels. Its Campaign v8 web interface includes visual workflows and execution monitoring, with quoted managed-cloud packages and administrator-granted access through an Adobe identity.
Pausing a Campaign v8 web workflow stops new activities from activating, while operations already in progress continue. Stop attempts to interrupt the work and marks the workflow Finished; it cannot then resume from that same point. Decide which interruption is intended before maintaining a running campaign.
For investigation, select a transition to preview the temporary work table's schema or results. Activity indicators show where attention or an error is needed, while Logs records execution history and Tasks shows sequencing. This helps distinguish the audience passed between steps from the state of the activity processing it.
A Test activity is conditional routing: its conditions are checked in sequence until one matches. Supply a default route for the remaining case, or the workflow stops there. An audience-size check before choosing a delivery path is one documented application.
Adobe quotes Advanced and Enterprise Managed Cloud packages. Advanced includes quarterly service reviews and annual capacity reviews; Enterprise includes both monthly. Include the frequency of operational review in the package discussion.
The web interface uses single sign-on through Adobe ID or Enterprise ID. After an administrator grants access, sign in to Experience Cloud, check the organisation and launch the correct Campaign instance. Folder visibility alone does not grant editing rights: creating a delivery also requires Write permission.
