What it does
Cake connects vacancy discovery with resume and portfolio tools, professional networking and AI career features. The service formerly known as CakeResume now includes Career Strategy, Job Insights and resume checking under a free and premium credit model.
A portfolio can show work that a conventional resume only names. Cake provides both document and portfolio creation, allowing projects to be presented alongside experience. Job search adds location, profession, employment type and other routes for finding relevant opportunities.
The AI features use a monthly credit allowance. Premium plans increase that allowance and add unlimited resumes, more snippets, branding removal and visitor information. Compare those limits with the work you intend to do rather than assuming every AI action is unrestricted after signup. Cake Meet offers a separate professional-networking route within the same service. Company pages and individual vacancies should supply the actual role and location requirements; the employer hiring platform has its own path.
The free plan permits one resume and a monthly AI-credit allowance. After Premium ends, the pricing FAQ says you can edit only your first resume, so keep that restriction in mind when maintaining several tailored versions.
