What it does
Calcapp builds web apps with formula-connected inputs, validation, actions and report outputs.
Calcapp connects form fields through spreadsheet-style formulas, validation and actions, with PDF/CSV reports. Creation and preview are free without signup; sharing requires an account and a paid plan, with a 30-day trial advertised. Plans distinguish private apps with signed-in users, public apps priced per app, and embedded app bundles. Offline use and reports are plan-dependent. Number-field validation can use minimum/maximum or a logical Valid formula, but a warning alone does not block calculations, buttons or navigation; connect validity and defined-value checks to those behaviors. Publishing creates a stable link, and draft changes do not automatically update it. The documented publishing dialog separates obtaining existing share/embed links from deliberately releasing an update.
