What it does
AWS Pricing Calculator models expected service usage and creates grouped estimates with downloadable summaries.
AWS Pricing Calculator models service configurations and usage with inspectable upfront, monthly and annual estimates, grouped to match an architecture. CSV/PDF exports provide local summaries. Sharing instead creates a public estimate link stored on AWS servers; links created on or after May 31, 2023 are valid for one year. Changes require a new saved link rather than overwriting the original, and access depends on retaining that link. Previously saved estimates can become outdated as service/pricing models change; the update workflow distinguishes changed costs, required inputs and read-only services that must be recreated. The calculator is free and estimates only entered usage, excluding applicable taxes. Retain the usage, region, service and payment assumptions with a comparison.
